Different backgrounds for dual monitors in Windows 10


I am using two monitors with my Windows 10 machine. I set a background for my desktop which is appearing on both monitors. I want different background for both monitors.

How to set different backgrounds for dual monitors in Windows 10 ?

    I was also missing Windows 8’s “Set for monitor” option that allows you to use different wallpapers on a multi-monitor windows 8 machine.  This is absent from Windows 10.

    If you want to restore this function on your windows 10 machine, here is simple trick

    Hit the Windows + R keys to bring up the Run menu, then type or paste in the following:

    control /name Microsoft.Personalization /page pageWallpaper

    Now hit the Enter key, “Desktop Background” setting will appear.

    From there,  just right-click an image and choose which monitor you’d like it to display to.
