Download ISO from Microsoft site and install update from DVD. if it doesn’t work then do clean installation.

    Hey Phoebe,

I found a hack on techjourney.net . Here are steps

    1. Visit the Windows 10 Tech Bench Upgrade Program web page at https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/techbench.
    2. Open Console
      1. In Chrome, hit Ctrl + Shift + J
      2. In Firefox, hit Ctrl + Shift + K
      3. In IE or Edge, hit F2 then go to console
    3. Copy and paste the JavaScript posted on PasteBin into the JS console.
    4. Select Windows 10 ISO images that are officially available for download from Microsoft.
    5. Select the edition that you want to download and hit Confirm.
    6. Select the product language that you want to download and hit Confirm.
    7. Click on the link of 32-bit Download or 64-bit Download to start downloading the ISO. Links valid for 24 hours from time of creation.
