My Problem: Unexpected Store Exception after Windows 10 Anniversary Update

The Solution: Update or Uninstall Antivirus Program

I have super light weight Dell XPS 13 with Windows 10 secured with McAfee Antivirus program. During the Googling and reading blogs I found that McAfee Antivirus could be the reason for Unexpected Store Exception error in Windows 10 after Windows 10 Anniversary update.

What I did.

Just uninstalled the McAfee Antivirus program. Error gone and computer started working.

Uninstalling Antivirus Program! Don’t worry, Windows has its built-in virus protection program Microsoft Defender.

You can uninstall your third party antivirus program to resolve the issue.

What if I have subscribed 1 year or more protection? Yeah! I have also. So…

You can updated latest version of Antivirus program which also works with Windows 10 anniversary update.
